About Anna Beilman

Anna Beilman, LPC

At the heart of a healthy life is the ability to form close, meaningful relationships.
If you're finding it difficult to build or maintain these connections, therapy can offer a powerful space to reflect, heal, and grow. Through the therapeutic relationship, you'll have the opportunity to explore your life experiences, relational patterns, and personal goals in a safe, supportive environment.

Described by my clients as caring and compassionate, I strive to help each person become the best version of themselves. I meet my clients with acceptance—honoring who you are today while supporting who you aspire to become. I believe true healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and soul—and I take a holistic approach to therapy.

Using a trauma-informed lens rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and attachment theory, I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, addiction, grief, loss, and trauma—including medical trauma. I also support individuals healing from narcissistic abuse, which can deeply impact self-worth and relationships. My approach creates space to rebuild trust in others as well as yourself and restore emotional safety. In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples, including those in pre-marital counseling, to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and resolve conflict in healthy ways.

I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy for resolving painful memories and restoring emotional balance. My clinical experience spans a range of settings, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs, and both individual and group therapy.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or simply hoping to reconnect with yourself or your partner, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth.
