About Margaret Gaddis

Margaret Gaddis, LMSW

Under directed experience and clinical supervision.

Did you grow up hearing that only certain types of people seek therapy? Are you a high-achieving professional striving for success in your career, but are finding it increasingly challenging to maintain balance and well-being in your personal life? Are you feeling stuck in a job, relationship, or other personal situation? Wherever you are, whatever you are feeling – you arrived on this page for a reason, and I am here to listen, validate, and empower you to take meaningful steps towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

As a therapist, I aim to create a safe, inclusive, supportive, affirming, and non-judgmental space where all identities and experiences are honored and celebrated. My approach to therapy is collaborative, viewing my client as an expert in their own life and as a partner in the therapeutic process. I view the advancement of the rights of all individuals as personal responsibility in my work. Through collaboration and support, we will work towards achieving your goals and unlocking your full potential. Together, we will navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes, fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience along the way.

My career path has given me a unique appreciation for people’s diverse perspectives and strengths, which allows me to connect and collaborate to help each individual find peace amidst their most relevant personal challenges and fears.

Your journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring our sessions to meet your specific needs and aspirations. In my integrated therapeutic approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Strength-Based Therapy, Relational Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices. My experience and training have led me to specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, attachment issues, burnout, career and stress management, low self-esteem, codependency, perfectionism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), postpartum support, aging concerns, relationship and family issues, and life transitions.

Please reach out if you think we might be a good fit and are interested in scheduling a complimentary consultation where I can answer any questions you may have. I look forward to embarking on this meaningful journey with you.
