About Katina Jones
Katina Jones, Psychotherapy Intern
Under directed experience and clinical supervision.
Are you navigating grief, a major life transition, or searching for a renewed sense of purpose? Perhaps you’re facing challenges related to loss, career changes, caregiving responsibilities, or personal growth. Life’s transitions can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face them alone.
I am a compassionate, integrative clinician dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most meaningful and challenging experiences. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, holistic care that honors each person’s unique story, strengths, and values.
My approach combines practical guidance, with evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, self-care strategies, and a client-centered perspective. In addition, as a Certified End-of-Life Care Specialist, I offer uniquely tailored support for individuals and families facing caregiving and end-of-life concerns, including grief and bereavement guidance. Together, we will work to build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and create a path forward that aligns with your ideal purpose, goals and values.
Also, while my current role at Key Counseling Group primarily focuses on providing mental health therapy services, my extensive background in career development, leadership coaching, entrepreneurship, and personal growth brings an added dimension to my work with clients facing professional transitions and workplace challenges. That’s why I currently offer separate career coaching services for individuals seeking support with career exploration, professional transitions, leadership development, job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and personal branding. Career coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and is focused on professional growth, goal attainment, and career-related decision-making.
I believe every person possesses an inner light and capacity for growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
I would love to hear from you if you feel we may be a good fit. Please reach out to schedule a consultation and learn more about how I can support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. Please contact me for a free consultation.
