About Morgan Bauman

Morgan Bauman, Psychotherapy Intern

Each person's uniqueness never fails to inspire me. We possess boundless creativity and imaginative solutions, yet sometimes, we need support to access these aspects of ourselves.

Embarking on the journey of therapy, whether for yourself or a loved one, can evoke feelings of excitement, vulnerability, and occasional apprehension. My mission is to create a nurturing and empathetic space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to explore your inner strengths.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, families, and adults who have received a late diagnosis of ADHD. I also work with partners struggling to understand their partner’s ADHD. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we develop practical strategies to manage symptoms, enhance self-awareness, and foster empowerment.

Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. I work closely with each client to tailor interventions to their unique needs and aspirations, whether it's addressing ADHD-related challenges, managing anxiety or depression, navigating family dynamics, or pursuing personal growth.

I'm excited to delve into your experiences, to grasp the essence of who you are, and to celebrate every milestone along our journey together. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
