About Mallory Callans

Mallory Callans, LAPC, NCC

Under directed experience and clinical supervision of Celia Webb, Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC010048.

Are you feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns with food, overwhelmed by anxiety, or disconnected from your body? Maybe you’re caught in cycles of negative self-talk, low self-worth, or perfectionism that make daily life feel exhausting. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for individuals navigating eating disorders/disordered eating, body image concerns, and low self-esteem. As a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider trained in somatic parts work, I also support clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and

life transitions. I offer a safe space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community as well.

My work integrates talk therapy with somatic approaches to help you build awareness of how emotions and past experiences live in the body. By learning to recognize and gently shift these patterns, we can move toward a greater sense of connection, safety, and self-acceptance while gently uncovering the ways your body holds stress, emotion, and past experiences—so healing can happen from the inside out.

Whether you’re looking to find peace with food, feel more at home in your body, or simply gain tools to navigate life’s challenges, I’m here to support you. Healing takes courage and your healing journey can start here.
