About Jennifer Haire

Jennifer Haire, LCSW

Making the first call to a therapist can be an extremely important step to relieving feelings of fear, overwhelm, anxiety, or nervousness. Maybe you feel like your life isn’t where you want it to be, you are nervous to tell your story to another person, or have been in therapy before but are looking for dynamic coping skills or tools to help navigate new phases of life. Together we can foster a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore pain points or areas where you have felt stuck or misunderstood.

My training has focused on helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety, substance use or misuse, or are looking to heal, grow, and answer questions such as “who am I?”, “how do I cope with feelings of overwhelm without going back to my same patterns of behavior?”, or “how do I set boundaries without feeling guilt or shame?”. I also work with couples who desire to establish a new sense of coping or relationship roles in recovery or maintain and increase connection and communication after experiencing cycles of conflict, misunderstanding, or feelings of isolation within the relationship.

I use a diversified approach to therapy, integrating multiple modalities and interventions to make sure your individual needs are met. I utilize my training in strengths-based, person-in-environment, cognitive-behavioral, dialectic, and motivational therapy to help you process through your stuck or pain points, navigate your feelings around your experiences, and collaborate to help increase fulfillment and coping skills within your daily life.

Please reach out if you desire an increased understanding of patterns in your life or relationships, ways to cope without feeling shame or guilt, or are looking for a warm and supportive place to share your innermost thoughts and feelings. I am honored for the chance to work alongside you in this journey.

When not in therapy, you can find me enjoying walks outside, making coffee, or spending time with my spouse, son, and 4 pets.
